Garden Labourer's Advanced Course
Irene School of Garden Design now presents an exciting Garden Labourer's Course.
This course is beneficial for domestic gardeners, residential complex groundsmen, office and factory groundsmen, as well as for garden services and landscape labourers.

We present two courses, an initial Basic course and an Advanced course.
Advanced Course details below :
THREE DAY ADVANCED COURSE FOR THE PROFESSIONAL PRIVATE GARDENER
This course will be conducted with an interpreter and will cover :
- Propagation techniques.
- Fertilizing your garden (Talborne products).
- Controlling pests and diseases (Talborne products; sprayers and back pack sprayer).
- Topiary- what to prune and what not to prune. (hedge trimmer; shears).
- Vegetables production (hoe, dibber etc; string; measures; pegs).
- Compost making (shredder).
- Basic irrigation systems and maintenance (Netafim).
- Basic garden plants and their uses. (Lists of top 10 plants in the different categories).
