Weekend "Introduction to Garden Design Course" offered in Zambia

Helen Lachenicht who is the Principal and owner of Irene Garden Design School, as well as our prestigious Irene Garden Design Studio, and also co-author of the book "Making Sense of Garden Design," recently conducted a three-day course in Zambia, together with our Professional Course lecturer, Lee Burger, who has a Masters Degree in Garden Landscape Design.

Helen, was invited to offer a weekend course on Introduction to Garden Design, to a Garden Club in Lusaka, Zambia.  This was an opportunity not to be missed, and Helen immediately agreed to take her knowledge and expertise to Zambia.

This is an exciting first for our school and an experience that Helen would like to repeat frequently in the future.  The course was extremely well received and we have had fantastic feedback from the participants.
